Pensacola, Fla. – Landrum announced the promotions of three senior company leaders, underscoring its commitment to a new phase of growth and strategic direction.

Leadership change announcements included Andrew Sowell as Corporate Vice President of HR Solutions, Melanie Rhodes as Corporate Vice President of Operations, and Mandy Resmondo as Corporate Vice President of Talent Solutions and Delivery.

As the Corporate Vice President of HR Solutions, Andrew Sowell will lead the organization’s business development strategy with a focus on delivering meaningful HR solutions to clients. He will oversee the expansion of key markets, develop high-performing sales teams, and ensure our approach is aligned with the evolving needs of our clients.

“Andrew has an impressive track record of leading business development strategies and driving organizational growth,” said Kara Bloomberg, President of Landrum. “He is well-positioned to bring the growth strategy to life for HR Solutions, as we further expand our footprint.”

Melanie Rhodes, in her new role as Corporate Vice President of Operations, will drive operational excellence across the organization by aligning the company’s operations with its strategic goals to ensure an outstanding client experience.

“Melanie assumes this role after spending more than two decades with Landrum, serving in several positions throughout her career with us. Her depth of knowledge allows her to drive strategic initiatives, build on our reputation of valuing relationships inside and outside of the company, and lead with confidence in shaping the company’s future,” continued Bloomberg as she discussed Rhodes’ new responsibilities. “As she takes the helm of operations across the business, Melanie will also focus on elevating the client experience as we expand and deliver more services to our client base.”

As Corporate Vice President of Talent Solutions and Delivery, Mandy Resmondo will oversee all Landrum delivery teams, ensuring a seamless client experience with recruiting services.

“Mandy’s stellar leadership history and more than 15 years at Landrum have equipped her with the insight and expertise to create impactful people solutions. She is a national leader in this arena and a trusted voice in shaping meaningful client partnerships and candidate experiences,” explained Bloomberg. “In addition to continuing to lead the expansion of our Talent Solutions services, Mandy assumes leadership of recruiting service delivery across the business.”

The company is continuing its expansion plans throughout the Southeast in 2025 and will make more scheduled announcements through the end of the year.
