PENSACOLA, FL – Landrum announced today the promotion of Mandy Resmondo to Senior Vice President, People and Talent. In this expanded role, she will lead the company’s internal HR function while continuing to oversee delivery across Landrum’s recruiting business and advise clients on talent strategy and workforce challenges.
Resmondo’s role uniquely spans both internal and external impact. She will guide Landrum’s people strategy, including culture, leadership development, and workforce planning, while also maintaining responsibility for the execution and performance of the firm’s recruiting and talent delivery teams.
